As at 2004, we held a property portfolio in various associated companies consisting of 7 different demised premises. These involve approximately 4,877 sq m (circa 52,500 sq ft) of total built development on nearly 4 ha (circa 10 acres) of freehold land. Our portfolio is constantly changing and we are always pleased to talk with anyone seeking to open new outlets where we might help find premises & create a new lease.
